Cerro de la Retama 2015
Grape varieties: 49 % Tempranillo, 37 % Cabernet Sauvignon and 14 % Merlot.
Each grape variety was vinified separately before
maturing for 13 months in 300 l barriques of american
oak (Seguin-Moreau). Fine notes of red fruit with a hint of
spices and tobacco. On the palate black currant and cherries
with a smoky and herbal texture. Distinct but soft tannins
with elegant acidity, balanced structure with elegance,
complexity and minerality.
